The 15 year old Disney Star, Miley Cyrus, knows how to look cute while shopping with her family in L.A. and lunching at Cheesecake factory. Her look is so cute and young. This look is way too young for me, but it works for her! I recently saw a very similar outfit at H&M while shopping at Atlantic City this weekend. My friend Shawn models Miley's lovely dress. Love how she paired red chucks with the outfit. This is definitely a look for less compared to the actual Rachel Pally dress. Tim Gunn recently commented to Ok! Magazine that Miley dresses too old for her age or "tart" as he puts it, which is true sometimes, but not with this casual outfit. What do you think of her outfit?

She is actually wearing the H&M dress. I've looked at the Rachel Pally dress and it has Grey and White stars whereas the one she's wearing has only white stars.
Love the look on her, I don't know if it would work for me but in Australia, that isn't what most consider shopping casual
