More Bang for your Buck Careers

I was reading this article on MSN today and it looks like my future profession looks pretty good! Yay!

That's good cuz right now, having an unpaid externship is tough!

Hopefully this will give me even more inspiration to study for boards! Its so hard to study without anyone around. I almost miss my 10 hour days at the library...hah.

"All of these jobs allow you to work less and earn more, but some of these careers clearly give you more bang for your buck.

At the top of the list: Pilots, co-pilots and flight engineers, who average $98.48 an hour. Law teachers are close behind, averaging $96.32 an hour, followed by optometrists, who average $52.77 an hour."

In Love with The Big Apple

Over my short winter break, I went to NYC.. which is always so much fun! I had a million things to do once I got back from NY... pretty much pack up all my stuff and get to Cali! But I'm glad I got the chance to visit one last time... it'll be a while before I go back! Looking back at the pictures, I almost forgot how cold it is over there.

We of course went to see the infamous Rockafeller Tree,
but I think this one at Radio City is so much cuter!
We went to the Free Fridays at the MoMa sponsored by my
very favorite store, Tar-jay! Yay for free things!

First time eating White Castle, thumbs down! I may look happy but
those soggy burgers are no good.. doesn't compare to In & Out at all!

We watched Spamalot with Clay Aiken! Haha. It was ALRIGHT.
Not my type of humor so I personally wouldn't recommend it

Hagi Japanese Restaurant in Times Square
I thought the flakes of my tofu were moving..
silly me, just the air blowing it

YUM! Eating scrumptious apple glazed chutney pork chops
at Bobbly Flay's restaurant Bar Americain -
Guess what celebrity sighting we saw!?!?!

Last meal, a very deliciouso breakfast, my favorite.
Reminds me of The Waffle Shop..

Anne Hathaway & Kate Hudson takes "Bride Wars" to Paris

Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson are absolutely gorgeous as usual at a photo call for their new movie "Bride Wars" in Paris. I love both of these women! They both compliment each other so well with their outfits. Anne Hathaway looks demure in her creme dress with an added touch of red shoes. Kate Hudson is rocking an edgier shorter outfit with a great belt. Both women always look great in everything they wear. I'm a huge fan of Kate's style especially. Her hair is always so gorgeous! I would die to have those type of lochs. Who's style do you covet?

Living in Sunny California

So I'm here now in California. Its hard to balance work everyday, studying for boards and a little play time... so excuse my absence for a little while :( This is where I spend my days.. sadly.. studying at Borders and getting addicted to caffeine. I shall update you guys once I move onto more fun things. I hate the time difference b/c it makes it so hard to talk to everyone on the East Coast... by the time my cell phone nights start, everyone is going to bed, boo!

Oh I do have to admit one good thing, tomorrow's high temp is 68 degrees in JANUARY! This would never ever happen in the East.. if it did, the world might be coming to an end soon... this weather does beat the 30 deg weather back home!
